During nearly 30 years of investment and business in Vietnam, the company has collaborated with Vietnamese farmers in the fields of livestock and aquaculture, applying a modern agribusiness model combined with the production of safe feed. The company has a value chain control system starting from input raw materials, breeds, animal feed, to processing and distributing the final food products.
The Hanoi meat processing plant of C.P. Vietnam was initiated in 2010 and officially operational since May 2012, with an initial investment capital of 16.1 million USD. This facility, invested in by the C.P. Group, incorporates advanced, state-of-the-art equipment and machinery from the Netherlands and Germany. Critical stages are automated using modern technology, and products are manufactured through a one-way continuous production process.
The slaughter and processing procedures comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 standards. The entire production process, from input raw materials to final products, undergoes rigorous inspections and monitoring according to the strictest standards. The company also consistently invests in developing a distribution system for clean, safe, and quality food, reaching consumers through channels like CP Shop and collaborating with major supermarket chains such as Go!, Mega, Co.op, Aeon, VinMart.
In addition to focusing on food quality, the Hanoi Meat Processing Plant is also committed to sustainable development and environmental protection. The plant has decided to establish an Energy Management System (EnMS) according to ISO 50001:2018.
ISO 50001 is an international standard for the Energy Management System (EnMS) developed and published by the ISO organization. The purpose of this international standard is to help organizations establish the necessary systems and processes to improve energy performance, including energy use, consumption, and efficiency.
