Since its establishment, Petrotech has aimed to become a reputable and reliable provider of quality heat treatment services. To achieve this, Petrotech has continually strived for improvement and innovation to meet the requirements and demands of its customers. To verify the effectiveness of the QMS, Petrotech sought ISO 9001 certification from KNA CERT. KNA CERT is licensed by the General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality under the Ministry of Science and Technology to provide certification for Quality Management Systems according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015. Additionally, KNA Cert is recognized by the Quality Certification Office (BOA) under the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam and is a signatory to the mutual recognition agreements (MLA) of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). This recognition affirms their competence to conduct assessments and certification of Quality Management Systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 & ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017. KNA Cert is assigned the VICAS number 059 – QMS. Therefore, the ISO 9001:2015 certificate directly issued by KNA CERT holds full legal validity and is globally recognized.
During the certification assessment, Petrotech collaborated extensively with the KNA evaluation team, providing ample evidence and documentation to demonstrate compliance with international standards. At the conclusion of the assessment process, KNA assessors noted that Petrotech had demonstrated the conformity of its QMS with the requirements and principles of the ISO standard. Consequently, KNA officially issued the ISO 9001:2015 certificate with a maximum validity of 03 (three) years for Petrotech.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a significant testament to the realization of Petrotech's quality objectives.
