In response to consumer preferences and drawing on the essence of traditional secrets passed down by our ancestors, Dai Yen Seafood has applied scientific techniques to the production process to enhance product value. This is achieved through the use of heat sterilization and salt separation methods while preserving the rich traditional flavor of fish sauce.
The entire production process at Dai Yen Seafood is carried out in a 100% sterile and closed system, using natural raw materials to ensure food safety and maximize the retention of natural nutrients. The fish sauce production process at Dai Yen Seafood is meticulously controlled, covering everything from fishing and selecting fish to the fermentation and processing stages.
Dai Yen Seafood has decided to adopt two important international standards: ISO 14001 for Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 22000 for Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
After a period of successful implementation of these standards, Dai Yen Seafood has chosen to use the ISO 22000 assessment and ISO 14001 certification services provided by KNA CERT.
