VTC Technology and Digital Content Company (VTC Intecom) is a state-owned enterprise under the Vietnam Multimedia Corporation (VTC) - Ministry of Information and Communications. VTC Intecom officially commenced its operations on June 1, 2006.
The 5S training session at VTC Intecom was exceptionally successful.

KNA CERT is honored to be chosen as the 5S training provider for the officers and employees of VTC Technology and Digital Content Company. Introduced for the first time in Japan, 5S is an acronym for five Japanese words: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. Subsequently, Japanese businesses began to understand and apply 5S to eliminate waste in production as well as maintain cleanliness in the workplace. In the following years, 5S spread to European, American, and Asian countries. For European and American countries, 5S is translated as Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardizing, and Sustaining. When introduced to Vietnam, 5S is referred to as Sàng lọc, Sắp xếp, Sạch sẽ, Săn sóc, Sẵn sàng. The 5S methodology is applied in many organizations and businesses to improve the workplace, save costs, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the safety of laborers.
